Key Drop
If it becomes necessary for the office to hold a key to your unit, you may conveniently drop one at the office. Outside the front door on the far right side, envelopes are provided for you to insert your key. Please provide the necessary information on the outside of the envelope and/or the necessary directions. Once the envelope is completed and sealed, drop the key envelope into the mail slot. The administrative staff will register your key into a log the next business day.

Before You Leave
When you are preparing to leave town, either on vacation or on business, please remember a few things regarding the care of your unit.
-
During the winter, make sure that you leave your thermostat at 60 degrees. No one wants frozen pipes.
-
Contact the postal service to discontinue delivery of your mail and stop the delivery of the newspaper. A pile of papers or an overflowing mailbox is an invitation for intruders.
-
Turned off the water to your washer. You don't want to come home to a flooded laundry area.
-
Most important. Leave a key with a neighbor and let someone know where you will be. If you would like, you can notify the Association office. Many emergencies occur when unit residents are away. The Association office and maintenance can prevent and/or eliminate damage when access is available. Remember that just because everything looks o.k. doesn't ensure that there isn't something broken.
